On September 3rd and 4th, professional Motorsport Photographer Darin Mandy from Digital Realism Photography is running his exclusive Motorsport Photography Course at Morgan Park Raceway for 8 lucky participants.
Here’s What You Will Learn
During this exciting 2-day Photography Course, Darin will teach you how to take Motorsport photos like the pros do it, how to get the best shots from your camera, as well as how to get your images published if you’d like to earn some income from doing something you really enjoy.
First up on day 1 you’ll be taken through a thorough safety briefing, then you’ll learn all of the camera settings you’ll need to take great looking professional Motorsport photographs.
You’ll learn all about panning and three quarter shots, how to shoot in the pits, how to shoot in changing light conditions, and you’ll even get to spend some time learning about the "arty" side to Motorsport Photography.
The tuition fee also includes Twin Share Accommodation near the circuit and a Saturday Night BBQ (Single room supplement also available).

I attended a 2 day Motorsport Photography course with Darin and Linda Mandy from Digital Realism held in Warwick. During the course we were encouraged to explore our artistic side of Motorsport photography and experiment when composing shots, along with going through a base group of settings for panning and front on shots I found this course quite informative and has really helped to open my eyes to a whole new world of possibilities.

Darin and Linda were great and I definitely came away with a better understanding of the art of Motorsport Photography. About Darin: Darin Mandy is one of the Directors of Digital Realism Photography, he has been professionally shooting Motorsport for more than 10 years. Darin shot for Australian Auto Action magazine as well as a number of overseas publications, and he's an accredited V8Supercar photographer with clients like Cameron Waters (2015 Dunlop Series Champion), Renee Gracie (Dunlop Series), Matt Campbell (Porsche Carrera Cup), Shae Davies (Dunlop Series) to name a few.
He is also the Series Photographer for the Aussie Racing Car Series as well as their Media Liaison.
Locally Darin built and maintains Morgan Park Raceway's Website and Facebook pages, he is also the Official Photographer to the Warwick District Sporting Car Club.
